Upcoming hotel openings in Vienna

2012 and 2013 will bring a host of attractive new accommodations for the Austrian Capital:

 

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is located in two 19th century palaces which are listed as culturally protected properties in Austria. The location is among the most desirable locations in the city for a luxury hotel.
The 202-room hotel is located on Schubertring, the historic and famous site of numerous monumental buildings built during 1860 to 1890. Home of the Vienna State Opera and the Museum of Fine Arts, Vienna is well known for its essential role as a leading European Classical Music Centre.

The 25 Hours Hotel in the seventh district will be adding even more beds in fall 2012, when the existing top floor suites in this student dorm are joined by a further 187 rooms. The building will be remodeled to accommodate a new restaurant and function rooms.

Palais Hansen Kempinski Vienna – this luxury hotel is located in a former mansion house on Schottenring – offers 150 rooms and suites, generously proportioned seminar rooms, two restaurants and a spa zone.

Park Hyatt Vienna will feature 143 rooms, including 35 suites. In addition to an all-day dining restaurant, lobby and cigar lounges, and a hotel bar, the hotel will include a premier meeting facility with 640m2 of conference space, a fitness center, and a spa. The world-class luxury hotel, which will reflect the intimate and understated elegance of the Park Hyatt brand, is being designed by architects Neumann & Partners and interior design firm FG Stijl.

The Hotel Sans Souci will  feature a deluxe boutique-hotel and hotel-serviced rooftop residences. The historic building right opposite the MuseumsQuartier and in walking distance of the Imperial Palace will offer 60 hotel rooms on three floors and a spacious 800 sqm fitness and spa area with a 21 meter pool, sauna, steam bath and gym
